great family stay with minor hiccups

The family room with stunning sea views offered plenty of space, making it perfect for our kids to play. We appreciated the excellent pool facilities, especially the fun water slides that kept our children entertained for hours. The staff were always welcoming, and their attention to detail really enhanced our experience.

The walk to our room felt a bit lengthy, especially after a long day out.

i almost gave this hotel a glowing review, but the food was simply terrible, not even my kids would touch it. also, it took an eternity to get to my room, a real workout after a long day. could have at least received a complimentary drink for my troubles, but no. disappointing, really.

The air conditioning units need urgent improvement!!! The cleanliness upon check-in was utterly disappointing and should be addressed immediately. A little more attention to detail in room maintenance would enhance the overall experience!!!

Just a balanced option for overnight stay in Psalidi (Kos) with good value for money. The regular hotel minibus made getting to the beach super convenient, saving us a lot of time. Use the hotel bus if your room is far from the main areas.

Excellent kids' facilities

Awesome place with great amenities like a poolside snack bar, children's play area, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me find my lost bracelet. I'm coming back for a holiday!

We had an awesome time with a spacious family room that had two bathrooms, making it super convenient for our crew. The kids absolutely loved the water slides and we enjoyed some much-needed relaxation at the spa. Just a bit of a hike to our room, but it was all worth it for the fun! 😊

Food was varied with theme nights like BBQ and Italian, perfect for picky eaters. Staff were super helpful too!
